Appellants who did not respond to chapter 91 requests usually within 45 days are likely to lose their ability to appeal their taxes.

If you contemplate filing a tax appeal and the subject is an income producing property or property that is capable of producing income, respond within 45 days to a chapter 91 request by the assessor.
